Your own questions
Ask what you need to know: allergies for a meal, ages for the kids' programme, whether someone is new. Start from a template or copy the questions of a previous event, and show a question only when it is relevant.
Places, tickets and a waiting list
Set a capacity, or ticket types such as adults and children, each with its own limit. When it is full, the waiting list takes over: the next person gets the place automatically and an email.
Fewer no-shows
Everyone gets a confirmation and a reminder the day before, each with a link to cancel, so places go to people who will really come.
In English, French and Dutch
Write the event, your questions and your ticket names in all three languages. Every visitor reads the page, and receives their emails, in their own language.

Open the list on your phone, tap a name when someone arrives and add walk-ins on the spot. You always see who is here and how many.

Privacy taken care of
Registering for a church event is sensitive information. We ask for clear consent, share the details only with your church and delete them 30 days after the event.

Find your church on ChurchedIn and click “Manage this page”. It's free, and approved straight away when your email matches the church's website.
Add your event
Title, date, place and a photo. Choose whether people register, how many places there are and which questions you want to ask.
Share it
Share the link on WhatsApp, social media or in your newsletter, or show your events on your own website. Registrations, reminders and the waiting list run by themselves.
Run the day
Check people in on your phone, add walk-ins and message everyone if something changes. Afterwards the personal data is deleted for you.

Questions
Do we need our own website?
No. Your church page on ChurchedIn and the event pages work on their own. If you do have a website, you can simply link to them.
Do people need an account to register?
No. They fill in their name and email, and that's it. Only your church's representatives log in, with a link sent by email (no password).
Can we limit the number of places?
Yes. Set a maximum, or leave it open. You can also ask for the name of every person coming, for example for children's events or name badges.
Can we still publish events without registration?
Of course. Many events are open to everyone; they simply show “No registration needed: just come along”.
What will it cost?
Publishing events is free, and so is event registration: sign-ups, capacity, waiting list, reminders and emails to your team. Fair use applies: if your church regularly has more than about 500 sign-ups a month, we talk to you first. The church website is the optional paid extra (€9 a month). The first month is free, no card needed. Pay yearly and get 2 months free. Prices include VAT.
Who sees the registrations?
Only your church's representatives on ChurchedIn (and our admin for support). Visitors only see how many places are left.
