Choose a plan, change your card or cancel
Your listing and events are free. Here is how to get the church website plan, change your card, cancel or download a receipt.
Step 1: Open the tab “Plan”
In My church, open the tab Plan. It shows what your church has now: your listing, events and sign-ups are included for every church, free.
Step 2: Choose yearly or monthly
Under Plans, click Start 30 days free (or or start monthly, 30 days free) for the church website. The first month is free and needs no card. After that you continue with a payment method, or the website simply switches off. Prices include VAT.
Step 3: Pay on Stripe's secure page
You fill in your billing details on a secure page of Stripe, our payment partner: your church's billing name and, if you have one, a VAT number. No card is needed for the free month. You come back to My church and the website is switched on right away. To continue after the free month, add a card or Bancontact with Manage subscription and invoices.
Step 4: Change your card, switch plan or cancel
Click Manage subscription and invoices. On Stripe's page you can change your card, switch between yearly and monthly, or cancel. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you paid.
Step 5: Download a receipt
Under Payments and receipts, click Receipt to print it or save it as a PDF. A receipt is not a VAT invoice: write to hello@churchedin.com and we send you an invoice with your church's billing details.
