Ik geloof in Tielt is a Dutch-speaking Christian community in the heart of Tielt. Jesus is at the centre of our gatherings and everyone is welcome to drop by.
We meet every second Sunday of the month at De Feniks, on Kortrijkstraat. Newcomers are welcome for a cup of coffee in the bar. There are also smaller groups, prayer evenings and open events, such as a Christmas market and an Easter brunch.
The community believes in one God as Father, Son and Holy Spirit, in salvation by grace through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ, and in the Bible as reliable and authoritative. Adult baptism by immersion and the Lord's Supper are important acts. The church works together with churches and organisations in the area.
